Asbestos Project Manager

• Manage residential and commercial asbestos abatement projects
• Supervise crews subcontractors and project schedules
• Ensure compliance with OSHA EPA and state asbestos regulations
• Coordinate inspections air monitoring permits and project documentation
• Conduct site visits customer meetings and project walkthroughs
• Track job costs materials labor and project progress
• Communicate with customers consultants adjusters and internal teams
• Maintain safe job sites and enforce company safety policies
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  
  

• Must be licensed and certified as an Asbestos Supervisor
• Previous asbestos abatement project management experience required
• Strong understanding of asbestos regulations and safety procedures
• Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record
• Experience in restoration demolition or environmental services preferred
