JRIs Community Based Services (CBS) division is committed to assisting families and their children who are dealing with substantial behavioral emotional and mental health challenges. Our mission is to ensure they can access the vital services necessary for them to flourish at home in school and within their communities.
The Vice President of Community Based Services provides executive leadership for JRIs community based service continuum. This position oversees the strategic direction operational oversight and performance of Community Based Services programs while maintaining high standards of quality ethics and compliance in service delivery. The Vice President works closely with senior leadership external partners and stakeholders to promote JRIs mission and strategic goals.
Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $140000 to $160000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience education licensure certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
In this role you will:
- Provide comprehensive leadership within the agency to all staff consistent with program(s) and overall agency philosophy and mission.
- Offer direction and support to division wide efforts to ensure the safety of the persons served and families staff visitors and the division sites.
- Participate in statewide agency program or division meetings and related initiatives that focus on overall development and best practices.
- Lead division teams to build and nurture positive workplace culture.
- Monitor program directors and leadership of program to ensure compliance with regulations and standards established by the Joint Commission and other licensing/funding agencies.
- Work with program leadership teams to ensure that programs are completing all documentation in a
timely manner according to policies and procedures as evidenced by ongoing record audits. - Guarantee that programs adhere to the principles of trauma-informed care.
- Attend and fulfill all mandatory annual training requirements as outlined by JRI policy and referral funding and accreditation agencies.
- Provide regular supervision and support for all assigned supervisees.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Masters degree in social work psychology public health healthcare administration education or related human resource field from an accredited college or university required with clinical licensure preferred.
- At least seven years experience with target population served with at least 8 (eight) years at the management level.
- Must have experience leading all community-based program types as listed in JRI community based portfolio above.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) keen attention to detail and solid organizational and problem- solving skills.
- Strong leadership skills and relationship building abilities.
- Must be able to travel and to be physically present at all JRI CBS sites on regular cadence and in emergencies as needed for program oversight support coverage and supervision.
- Maintain a valid drivers license.
- Background and driving record checks will be performed.
