Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist Rehabilitation
Location: Hyannis MA
Contract Duration: 15 Weeks
Shift & Schedule: Monday Friday (Day Shift) Weekly Hours: 40 Hours
Weekend Requirement: 2 weekends or 4 weekend days within 13-week contract Holiday Requirement: Occasional Holidays

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Travel Physical Therapist Rehabilitation for an exciting Travel or Local job in Hyannis MA.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans with functional goals
• Perform diagnostic assessments of muscle nerve joint and functional abilities
• Implement and modify therapeutic interventions based on patient progress
• Reassess patients and adjust care plans to optimize outcomes
• Document patient care progress and treatment effectiveness
• Educate patients and families on home exercise and continuation of care
• Communicate with physicians nurses and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise PTAs aides and students as needed
• Assist with training new staff when required
• Maintain compliance with safety infection control and quality standards
• Participate in meetings continuing education and professional development
• Maintain daily patient activity and billing records

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy required
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required
• BLS certification required
• Strong evaluation treatment and documentation skills
• Ability to work with adult and pediatric populations
• Acute care or rehabilitation experience preferred
• Must be available for scheduled weekend coverage
• Specialist certification and leadership experience preferred
