About the Role
As a Principal Consultant at Oxalis you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission to revolutionize highly regulated industries through innovative and strategic will be at the forefront of shaping our companys growth and impact by leading diverse teams engaging with executive stakeholders and enhancing our service offerings. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor teams of consultants and technical specialists guiding them to solve high-impact problems and delivercutting-edgesolutions.
  • Oversee and manage multiple client engagements taking full ownership of projectoutcomesand ensuring successful execution.
  • Consult on Enterprise Service Management Agile at Scale Project Portfolio Managementoperatingmodelsidentifyingpainpoints andprovidingexpert guidance to align solutions with client goals.
  • Analyze business processes systems and workflows toidentifygaps prioritize improvements andestablishevaluation criteria for solutions.
  • Design and architect tailored solutions including system integrations and migrations with clear criteria for validation and success.
  • Deliver high-value solutions that exceed customer expectations using a customer-focused approach to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders including executive-level customers through clear presentations and active listening.
  • Manage the full solution lifecycle frominitialscoping and design to post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
About You
  • Demonstratedexperience in customer-facing roles with proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven experience as a regular user of generative AI tools (such as OpenAI Anthropic Google or comparable platforms) and a positive belief in their ability to augment human capability and meaningfully improve how work is performed.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellentwritten and verbalcommunication skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Management Information Systems Business Administration or a related field; relevant work experience will also be considered.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Atlassian products including Jira Software Jira Service Management Jira Align Confluence Bitbucket Trello and Guard.
  • Hands-on experience with IFS products and modules in both on-prem and cloud deployments
  • Demonstrated experience applying one or more of the following in mid-market or enterprise scale organizations:
    • Agile concepts and frameworks such as Scrum Kanban andSAFe.
    • Modern software operating frameworks such as DevOpsDevSecOps and SRE.
    • Modern service management concepts for IT and enterprise services (ITSM/ESM).
  • Certifications and accreditations in Atlassian IFSSAFeITIL andPMP.
  • Proficiencyin project management concepts and tools including planning estimation and risk management.
  • Ability to manipulate and transform data using scripting tools or business tools like Excel.
