10 years in PMO leadership roles
Must have Telecom industry experience
Strong expertise in large program governance and reporting
Experience in outsourcing transitions or transformation programs
Advanced skills in MS Project Smartsheet or similar tools
Own RAID logs reporting cadence and dashboards
Track program milestones dependencies and risks
PMP / PgMP certification
