We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care for a sweet 81-year-old male client with Parkinsons in Taylorsville UT.

Schedule & Pay

• 2 visits per day 7 days a week

• Visits occur between 8:30 AM 9:30 AM

• Each visit lasts approximately 1530 minutes

• Paid a flat rate of $60 per visit ($120/day)

Duties Include

• Syringe changes

• Carbidopa/Levodopa pump management

• Excellent communication with the Nurse Case Manager and caregivers/aides working with the client

RN Responsibilities

• Provide thoughtful care based on an individualized Plan of Care

• Conduct in-home assessments

• Monitor and track changes in the clients condition and needs while keeping the Director of Nursing and appropriate personnel informed

• Communicate proactively regarding care concerns and updates

RN Requirements

• Current unrestricted RN license in Utah

• Current CPR Certification

• Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray

• Ability to pass a drug test and background check

• Valid drivers license and automobile insurance
