2nd shift 3pm-11pm
Performs a variety of tasks crucial for running the LifeASSURE Membrane Casting Equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Establish upkeep and run membrane Casting Equipment for LifeASSURE line operations.
- Arrange all Membrane Casting Equipment such as cutting and slitting equipment.
- Instruct operators on accurate methods of operating equipment.
- Keep records and locations of batches produced.
- Assess Membrane Casting Equipment and partner with the appropriate team members to resolve any issues identified.
- Assist other department members (in any classification) as needed to ensure safety and improve output.
- Perform various production operations including the operation of multiple machines where it can be done safely and fill in on positions throughout manufacturing as required.
- Assist in the training of other employees as necessary.
- Work with others under the teams guidelines when and where appropriate.
- Observe all company and OSHA safety rules and practices.
- Access information via computer.
- Keep work area clean and orderly.
- Must meet or exceed all established housekeeping and safety standards.
- Perform other related duties as the need arises or assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
3 years required manufacturing experience
Language skills
Reading: Read instructions for assembling equipment. Read books looking up unfamiliar words in a dictionary for meaning spelling and pronunciation.
Writing: Print simple sentences containing subject verb and object and series of numbers and names.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $24.32$36.49.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
