Job Summary
Lead end-to-end Project Management of innovative solutions to enhance our customer delivery experience. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership to drive continuous improvement across our logistics network.
Key job responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management guiding initiatives from concept through implementation.
Build and maintain strong partnerships across internal and external stakeholders utilizing advanced negotiation and communication skills to drive results.
Create and execute comprehensive network expansion strategies including detailed roadmaps and implementation plans.
Navigate and thrive in ambiguous situations making autonomous decisions while keeping stakeholders informed.
Strong self-starter mentality with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
Leverage data analytics to optimize performance and guide strategic decision-making.
Provide leadership oversight for multiple locations while ensuring consistent operational excellence and compliance with Amazon standards.
A day in the life
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ongoing projects and initiatives.
Travel and Meet with delivery service partners to review initiatives discuss strategic.
Generation documentation for project definition and budget approval.
Analyze delivery performance data from the previous day and create action plans for any areas needing improvement.
Meet with delivery service partners to review performance and discuss strategic improvements.
Participate in regional operations calls to align on network-wide initiatives and progress.
Plan and strategize for upcoming peak periods or special operations.
Document standard of operational process and initiatives playbooks.

- Bachelors degree
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- Speak write and read fluently in English
- 3 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Masters degree
- PMP certificate
- Bachelors degree in business engineering operations supply chain transportation logistics
