Job Summary

Lead impactful commercial real estate projects across the Americas in a company committed to sustainability and innovation. As CRE Project Manager you will drive end-to-end project delivery ensuring excellence in execution collaboration and safety while contributing to a greener future.

You Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end CRE project delivery across the Americas region
Drive projects on schedule within budget and to quality standards
Manage stakeholders vendors and cross-functional teams
Oversee design construction and commissioning phases
Ensure compliance with safety regulatory and operational standards
Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Provide clear reporting on progress costs and outcomes

What You Bring

Proven experience managing CRE or construction projects
Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
Solid understanding of project delivery and commissioning
Ability to manage budgets schedules and risks effectively
Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement
