El área de Relación con comunidades busca a un Especialista en Sistemeas Automatización. Será responsable de diseñar evolucionar y escalar un sistema interno para el monitoreo análisis y gestión de información del área y de los grupos de interés donde la empresa tiene presencia utilizando automatización analítica avanzada e Inteligencia Artificial.

El rol actúa como líder funcional del sistema conectando las necesidades del negocio con los equipos de desarrollo IT y data asegurando su escalabilidad en México. Interactúa con equipos de Canadá.

Responsabilidades Principales

Sistemas Desarrollo y Automatización

Definir la lógica funcional y de negocio del sistema interno.

Traducir necesidades del área en requerimientos funcionales y técnicos.

Colaborar con equipos de Desarrollo de Software IT y Arquitectura.

Evolucionar una herramienta rudimentaria hacia una plataforma robusta y escalable.

Definir integraciones automatizaciones y flujos de información.

Asegurar calidad trazabilidad y consistencia de los datos.

Manejo de mapas y ubicación geográfica en softwares especializados.

Inteligencia Artificial y Analítica

Identificar casos de uso de IA aplicados al negocio.

Trabajar con equipos de data para definir variables y reglas de negocio.

Validar modelos de IA enfocados en soluciones prácticas y accionables.

Impulsar análisis predictivo y alertas inteligentes.

Escalamiento Internacional

Adaptar la plataforma a marcos regulatorios y realidades operativas distintas.

Documentar procesos y lógica del sistema para uso internacional.

Requerimientos:

Experiencia

• Experiencia en sistemas de información automatización o plataformas internas.
• Experiencia como enlace entre negocio y tecnología.
• Deseable experiencia en sectores regulados como Oil & Gas energía o infraestructura.

Conocimientos Técnicos

• Bases de datos y sistemas de información.
• Conceptos de desarrollo de software y automatización.
• Conocimiento funcional de Inteligencia Artificial y analítica avanzada.
• Herramientas de análisis y visualización de datos (Excel Power BI Tableau deseable).
• Softwares de mapas (ArcGIS QGIS deseable).
• Metodologías ágiles (deseable).

Idiomas

Inglés avanzado indispensable (oral y escrito).
