Support the Indirect Purchasing area in supplier management purchase order follow-up and administrative activities within the sourcing process contributing to compliance with internal policies delivery timelines and cost control.

• Assist in sourcing and updating suppliers for indirect materials.
• Follow up on purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Collaborate in updating the supplier and material catalog.
• Support quotation comparisons (price quality and lead times).
• Assist in bidding and quotation processes.
• Maintain basic communication with suppliers regarding delivery follow-up and documentation.
• Support the resolution of issues related to deliveries or invoicing.
• Participate in administrative control of procurement documents (POs quotations contracts).
• Collaborate with other departments (Finance Warehouse Logistics) to ensure proper procurement process flow.
• Support physical inventory counts when required.
• Comply with internal quality safety and environmental policies.
• Participate in assigned training and activities related to EEHS.
• Maintain organization and control of documentation according to procedures.
• Active student pursuing a bachelors degree in business administration Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Interest in procurement supply chain or logistics.
