Euronext Clearing Client Support Analyst

Join us as a Client Support Analyst !

We are looking for a Client Support Analyst to join the Client Support Team in Paris or in Rome.

You will be primarily responsible for:

• Act as the main point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients ensuring high-quality support with an account management approach.
• Manage client requests operational issues and incident resolution ensuring timely escalation and follow-up until closure.
• Handle client communications related to operational matters service updates and issue resolution maintaining strong and transparent relationships.
• Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for service and process improvement reducing operational risks and increasing efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) internal procedures and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Operations Risk IT Business) to ensure smooth service delivery and effective issue management.

Your profile

• Bachelors degree in Economics Finance Business Administration or related field.
• 12 years of experience in Client Support Client Services Operations or Account Management within financial services.
• Good understanding of clearing services financial markets and client relationship management.
• Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and client-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English required; Italian and/or French is a plus.
