DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责

• 根据规定的操作程序负责包装分拣和清洗工作
• 确保清洗/包装/的容器/工作台面被清空以防止发生混料的现象
• 在工作中严格执行安全操作程序
• 每日根据物料专员计划要求进行热处理和清洗的外协作业工作
• 每次包装前必须严格按照称重程序称重确保包装数量的准确性
• 根据流转单打印正确的内外标签
• 严格执行产品质量标准确保包装质量如密封性日期外观重量等符合要求
• 依控制计划合理安排换型确保分拣质量的前提下设备有效正常运行
• 在生产过程中调节机器对不合格品处理实操熟悉
• 在操作机器过程中严格遵守安全操作规程按照标准作业程序SOP操作设备
• 完成各种生产报表诸如流转单包装/分拣记录表扫码入库等
• 在工作现场开展日常5S整理清洁活动
• 负责生产设备的开班点检丶运行中的巡查及班后的维护监督确保设备处于良好状态
• 没有经过培训员工有权拒绝不安全或不能胜任的工作内容如无证登高等
• 生产发现设备产品异常有权停机和汇报
• 领班安排的其它合理事项
• 完成上级领导交代的其他任务
