岗位职责
1.负责锅炉设备的日常运行操作与监控确保系统安全稳定高效运行
2.定期巡检设备关键参数如压力温度水位等及时发现并处理异常情况
3.承担锅炉及附属设备的日常维护与基础故障排查保障设备正常运转
4.严格执行安全管理制度开展安全检查及隐患排查工作
5.负责水质检测与处理确保运行指标符合相关标准要求
6.规范填写运行记录及维修记录异常情况及时上报并跟踪处理
7.协助工程师及运营人员解决生产及现场运行中的技术问题
技能要求
1.中专及以上学历具备锅炉操作相关经验机械类相关专业优先
2.熟练使用常用维修工具及检测仪表具备基础动手能力
3.熟悉锅炉及附属设备工作原理掌握锅炉安全操作规程及基础水质管理知识能够独立处理常见故障
4.具备基础计算机操作能力如数据记录信息录入等
5.具备良好的责任心与安全意识
