Rosina Food Products is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers staying organized and supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What Youll Do:
- Process incoming payments including checks ACH and credit cards
- Apply payments to correct customer accounts
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers
- Review invoices and investigate customer deductions
- Monitor aging reports and assist with collections efforts
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve billing issues
- Support audits and maintain accurate financial records
- Help improve accounting processes and efficiencies
What Were Looking For:
- Associates Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- 13 years of Accounts Receivable or accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with Excel Word and accounting systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
