Make a Difference

The Incentive and Recreational Activities Coordinator oversees the campus incentive program including the incentive store and experiential outings while also designing and coordinating engaging recreational activities that promote wellness movement and positive peer engagement. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being highly involved in youth engagement program coordination and creative problemsolving while working closely with milieu leaders and behavioral support staff to bring incentivebased experiences to life.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.

  • Care team: Collaborates as part of a multidisciplinary care team member. May assist with gathering data for comprehensive psychosocial assessments. Able to deescalate clients displaying aggressive behaviors. Documents services provided in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) based on policies and procedures. When necessary will transport clients in personal vehicles.
  • Department Accountabilities: Complies with all applicable Behavioral Health Care Service policies and procedures. Actively involved in professional development and education including mandatory training. Completes time cards PTO requests mileage reports and other documentation per Community Behavioral Health policies and procedures.
  • Individuals may not perform all of these duties or may perform additional related duties not listed here.
  • Bachelors Degree preferred in mental health or related field
  • Current Indiana Drivers License (Required)
  • Two (2) years of social service experience in a volunteer or paid role (Preferred)
