YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

This full-time position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

You move through the facility with purpose reviewing safety checklists identifying wear or concerns and addressing issues before they disrupt the day. You complete hands-on repairs like lighting replacements plumbing fixes hair trap cleaning and paint touch-ups while ensuring the building always looks its best. When larger projects arise you coordinate smoothly with outside HVAC plumbing and electrical partners. Along the way you manage supply deliveries and organize inventory so everything is ready when needed helping create a clean functional environment where students and staff can thrive.
