Impacts the teams ability to achieve service quality and timeliness of objectives. The role is subject to operating policy objectives. There is moderate autonomy within the role. High levels of operational judgment are required to achieve outcomes required. This position would be the EU team leader in Barcelona and would oversee the day to day guidance of the team located in the EU

Job Description

The Fleet Solutions TL is responsible for ensuring best practices are shared among all the EMEA team as well as Global team.

In this role you will be expected to help onboard and train new Fleet Solution Program Managers ensure adherence to process help drive improvements within the TIRB process and be lead person for any new technology introductions (i.e. sales force rollout). Additionally you may have to lead a few programs given turnover and current load.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor EMEA team on ensuring consistent methodologies of program management.
  • Train and Mentor new PMs.
  • Assist with running of the TIRB agenda/meeting/follow up actions.
  • Be the primary point of contact for the Fleet solutions team on significant technology introductions/changes.
  • Manage programs as necessary for urgent issues or when other PMs are not available.
  • Lead and coordinate teams to manage execution and achieve field quality issue resolution.
  • Establish and maintain performance metrics to measure program success.
  • Manage clear and consistent communications for internal and external customers including providing progress updates to leadership.
  • Monitor maintain and improve Top Issue Review Board Process looking for ways to improve effectiveness.
  • Uses technical experience and analytical thinking.
  • Up to 20% of work time may be served travelling.

Essential requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Fleet Solutions Role.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and work effectively with virtual global remote teams.
  • Strong field and customer mind-set.
  • Solid background in the Wind renewable energy sector.
  • Program Management experience in the Wind energy services space.

Nice-to-have qualifications:

  • Wind experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification/ experience in lean.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
  • Established project management skills.
  • Ability to drive change and implement new processes.
