Senior Associate Software Engineer
Job Summary
As a member of the software engineering division you will use basic knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing debugging or designing software applications or operating systems according to the provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture.
Job Description:
- Make enhancements to existing software applications.
- Develop and design new reports including data fetching through SQL data processing and data representation based on requirements.
- Gather requirements understand project scope create work estimates and effectively plan and execute tasks.
- Handle client calls and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
- Participate in component-level technical design discussions and collaborations.
- Perform debugging and document root cause analysis and resolutions.
- Identify and suggest process improvements at the team level to support both operations and the development ecosystem.
- Provide support for software releases.
- Gain an understanding of healthcare workflows and the Millennium data model.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or above in one of the following
- Computer Science
- Computer Engineering
- Software Engineering
- Computer Applications
- Computer Information Systems
- Information Technology
- Information Systems
Skills:
Required: SQL PL-SQL Database Management Systems Programming (e.g. Python Java C) Debugging Version Control (Git) Unit Testing Data Analysis
Soft Skills: Problem-Solving Collaboration Communication Attention to Detail Adaptability Time Management Continuous Learning Mentorship (even if basic ability to help peers)

Responsibilities
As a member of the software engineering division you will apply basic to intermediate knowledge of software architecture to perform software development tasks associated with developing debugging or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the architecture.
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations. Shifts - 9 AM - 6 PM.
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within the scope of the position
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
