Job Summary

Position Role:

Force-generate Reservists for ops/trg; liaise with Army formations oTLBs and HQ Army on AR deployments and issues; ARes SME across G3/G35/G5.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the mobilisation and force generation of Army Reservists for Def/Army Outputs.
2. Advise on Army Reserve personnel matters focusing on Conditions of Service and readiness.
3. Support SO1 G3 and G35 in managing reservist force generation across service conditions.
4. Liaise with Defence Cells PJHQ MRTC DPHC Dir Reserves HQ Army & APC on mobilisation/Res Gen; incl planning & wargaming events & visits.
5. Plan and manage land-focused augmentation and mobilisation to meet operational demands.
6. Provide timely situational awareness on Army Reserve issues to Defence Cells and HQ Army.
