Job Summary
As the Senior Specialist of Retail Programs Strategy and Operations you will support the execution of retail sales and operational strategies that drive business performance across Best Buy this role youll partner with cross-functional teams to support retail initiatives operational processes and employee-facing programs that improve both the customer and employee experience. Youll help bring retail strategies to life through strong operational execution collaboration and problem-solving. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while influencing execution across multiple business partners.
This role is hybrid which means you will work some days on site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or another nonBest Buy location. What youll do
- Execute daily weekly and monthly operational responsibilities for Retail Programs
- Support retail program strategies tools and operational processes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support product launches and initiatives
- Monitor retail feedback and identify operational improvement opportunities
- Support reporting documentation and execution of retail program initiatives
- 2 years of experience in retail sales operations or business
- 1 years of retail supervisory or management experience
- 1 years of experience working with vendors or external partners
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and business partners
- 1 years of experience supporting business financial management reporting or P&L responsibilities
- 6 months or more of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects or initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience improving operational processes or retail execution
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
