Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a skilled Cloud and Enterprise Tech Operations Engineer with expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Linux server administration. The candidate will be responsible for deploying managing and optimizing cloud solutions developing automation scripts and implementing security best practices to safeguard enterprise systems.

Responsibilities:

Cloud Management: Deploy manage and optimize solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) including compute storage networking and database services.
Linux Administration: Administer and maintain Linux servers ensuring high availability security and performance.
Scripting & Automation: Develop and maintain scripts (e.g. Bash Python Shell) to automate system tasks deployments monitoring and troubleshooting.
Security Management: Implement security best practices for Oracle Cloud and Linux environments to safeguard enterprise data and technology assets.
Incident & Performance Management: Respond to technical issues monitor system performance and conduct capacity planning to ensure optimal operations.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems processes and automation workflows.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with Oracle and other vendors for support renewals and new requirements.
ITSM Ticketing: Utilize ServiceNow or similar tools for incident and change management.

Mandatory skill sets:

Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Linux server administration.
Advanced scripting skills (Bash Shell Python etc.) for automation and system management.
Security-oriented mindset with a good understanding of cloud security and core networking protocols (AD NTP DNS terminal services).
Certified In Oracle Cloude infrastructure
