We are looking for an Payroll & HR Admin Specialist to join our Workforce - Payroll & HR Administration team in Bucharest. We need someone with 1 to 2 years of experience a solid foundation and most importantly a mindset wired for the future.

What We Are Looking For

Payroll & Technical Foundation

• 1 to 2 years of experience in payroll HR or a related field.
• University degree in Economics Finance Human Resources or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Romanian labour legislation and tax regulations.
• Good proficiency in Excel including formulas data analysis and reporting.

Technology & AI: This Is What Sets You Apart

• A natural curiosity for technology AI tools and digital solutions. You dont need to be an expert yet but you should be genuinely excited about the possibilities.
• Eagerness to learn and experiment with new tools from payroll software to automation platforms and AI-assisted solutions.

Communication & Teamwork

• Good English language communication skills both written and verbal.

• Master theend-to-end payroll process from input data to salary calculations payroll reports and tax return submissions.

• Support the preparation ofHR administration documentsand employee records in ReGES Online.
