As a Senior Product Analystyoullbe at the centre of crossfunctional collaboration partnering closely with business leaders and Agile delivery teams to streamline and strengthen the Allowance for Credit Loss (ACL) process.Youllhelp shape decisions simplify intricate businessprocessesand translate complex technical needs into solutions that truly make a difference.

Whatyoulldo
Support the ACL process from start to finish
Triage analyze and refine backlog items preparing clear user stories and requirements
Support backlog prioritization processautomationand ensure high-quality product increments are delivered on schedule
Uncoverbusiness needs through analysis and inquiry beyondinitialstakeholder requests
Facilitate problem-solving and solution negotiations fostering alignment and continuous improvement
Plan prioritize and deliver work within agreed timelines by balancing scope dependencies andtradeoffswhile adapting to change
Ensure high quality of development and solutions prior to product increment release
Whatyoullbring to the team
Required qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration commerce computer sciencefinanceor a related field
Minimumfouryears of experience in business analysis or product analysis
Extensive knowledge of systems analysis and design concepts
Expertisein requirements gathering analysis and writing user stories
In-depthknowledge of data warehouses including AWS
Strong data background paired with the ability to collaborate withcrossfunctionalteams to ensure data iswellunderstoodtrustedand effectively used in delivery.
Ability to coach and mentor otherson the team
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of building queries in AWS RedShift
Familiarity with Agile principles
Previousexperience with ACL
Previousexperience with SAS
Leadershipexperience(formal or informal)
Lending business knowledge
