Dove Healthcare is excited to support newly graduated healthcare professionals through our New Grad Incentive Program!
This program is available to full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) Registered Nurses (RNs) and Physical Therapists (PTs) who have graduated within the last 12 months.
Program Highlights:
- Reimbursement for licensing testing costs
- LPNs: $250 per quarter (up to 5 years of employment; up to $5000 total)
- RNs & PTs: $500 per quarter (up to 5 years of employment; up to $10000 total)
This benefit is designed to support student loan repayment and can be used at the employees discretion.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must maintain full-time employment status
- Must be a new graduate within the past 12 months
- Program availability is at the discretion of the building administrator and Director of Nursing
