About the role

Based in our Brighton office youll be responsible for developing maintaining and enhancing Power BI reporting solutions that meet business needs and align with our Data & Analytics standards. Youll take ownership of a significant proportion of businessasusual reporting working closely with colleagues across the organisation to deliver accurate reliable and welldocumented insights.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing enhancing and maintaining Power BI reports dashboards datasets and semantic models.

• Delivering BAU reporting requests in line with agreed standards naming conventions and development practices.
• Translating business requirements into effective reporting solutions seeking guidance where appropriate.
• Building and maintaining data models Power Query transformations and DAX measures.
• Testing and validating reports and datasets to ensure accuracy consistency and fitness for purpose.
• Troubleshooting and resolving report issues refresh failures and userreported defects.
• Optimising report performance usability and presentation for a great enduser experience.
• Producing and maintaining clear documentation for reports datasets and business logic.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve reporting solutions.
• Supporting the rationalisation and standardisation of reporting to reduce duplication and improve consistency.

What are we looking for

• Practical experience developing Power BI solutions in a business environment.

• Strong handson skills in Power BI including data modelling Power Query and DAX alongside good SQL capability.
• Experience working with structured data from multiple sources and presenting insights clearly to different audiences.
• A collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
