How you will make an impact:

Meissner is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our Facilities Maintenance team. The Facilities Associate I will be responsible for the cleaning and up keeping of buildings grounds and other facilities of the organization.

• Clean hallways lounges offices cubicles restrooms stairways cafeteria/kitchen spaces common areas gym and gym equipment.
• Sweep vacuum clean spills and mop floors.
• Regularly check garbage and recycling bins emptying as needed and cleaning surrounding areas.
• Clean walls windows glass doors and mirrored surfaces.

This is an on-site role based out of our headquarters in Camarillo CA.

The skills and experience youll need:

• Willingness to be taught and execute instructions provided is essential.
• Must be able to occasionally work from a ladder or lift.
• Must be a non-smoker.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

The base pay scale for this role is what Meissner reasonably expects to pay for the position although actual pay may vary from this scale depending on an applicants experience.
