Plans develops and executes ongoing program(s) that impact a significant segment of the organization under occasional guidance.

Position Highlights

  • Hybrid opportunity available.
  • Monday - Friday Day Shift.
  • No weekends and no holidays.
  • Responsibilities include education for pharmacy employees developing compliance and competency training maintaining pharmacy intranet creating compliance newsletter and administrative responsibilities such as managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
  • Must be a Certified Pharmacy Technician through either PTCB or NHA in order to be considered.
  • Must have a TN Pharmacy Technician License.
  • 3 years of relevant experience is required.
  • The following experience is highly preferred: leadership compliance/regulatory experience education/training experience experience developing training/education experience with Word Excel Articulate (education development system) REDCap and The Learning Exchange.
  • Attention to detail the ability to collaborate with others and also work independently and creativity are critical to be successful in this position.

  • Oversees the creation coordination and execution of the program.
