If you have at least 2 years of Pediatric ICU experience you may qualify for a generous sign-on and relocation package. This role primarily serves our PICU but also provides support across the Pediatric services at Logan Health Childrens offering a unique opportunity to care for a wide range of young patients in a collaborative environment.

What Youll Need:

• Current Montana RN license or compact license required

• Minimum 2 years of PICU or similar pediatric critical care experience preferred

• RQI Provider (BLS)requiredwithin 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care whichever occurs first.

• PALS must be obtained within 6 months of hire/transfer.

• APHON must be obtained within 1 year of hire/transfer.

• Strong critical thinking adaptability and teamwork skills

• Desire to provide care across the pediatric spectrum in a supportive team-based setting

What Youll Do:

• Deliver high-acuity family-centered care in our dedicated PICU

• Provide additional support to the broader Pediatric team as needed

• Partner with providers and care teams to ensure safe effective treatment

• Use critical thinking clinical judgment and clear communication to advocate for young patients

• Contribute to a culture of learning collaboration and excellence

Shift:

Schedule: PRN Variable shifts. Shifts will include night shift.

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.

PRN positions (also referred to as Casual As Needed or Per Diem) at Logan Health offer flexibility and are designed to provide coverage during busy periods employee absences and vacations making them an excellent opportunity to support the team as needed. PRN employees can participate in a matching 401(k) plan and have access to the Employee Assistance Program. Additionally they may qualify for hourly differential pay for certain shifts or hours offering extra compensation based on department-specific scheduling needs.Pay rates and scheduling practices may vary by department.
