What youll do
Responsibilities
As a Project Manager youll lead construction projects from pre-construction through closeout while working closely with clients consultants site teams and subcontractors.
Youll be trusted to:
- Lead and coordinate project teams across multiple active projects
- Develop and manage schedules budgets and project execution plans
- Build strong relationships with clients consultants and trade partners
- Identify risks early and problem-solve proactively
- Monitor project performance related to cost quality safety and timelines
- Manage contracts change orders invoices RFIs and project documentation
- Support field teams and collaborate closely with Site Superintendents
- Keep stakeholders informed through clear communication and reporting
- Contribute to continuous improvement across project delivery processes
What youll need
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in construction with a general contractor
- Diploma in Engineering Technology Bachelor of Engineering or related field
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project
- Experience with Procore is an asset
- A proactive team-oriented approach
