This includes monitoring network performance troubleshooting issues and implementing security measures. Those in IT quality management at PwC Global will focus on enabling the delivery of high-quality IT solutions and services through effective quality assurance processes and methodologies. You will be responsible for implementing quality standards conducting audits and driving continuous improvement in IT systems and processes.

The Quality Portfolio Lead Human Capital Technologies provides quality leadership across a SaaS-heavy Human Capital technology portfolio. This role ensures the stability reliability and integration quality of HR and peoples platforms while balancing vendor release cycles internal delivery priorities and evolving business needs.

  • Lead quality assurance strategy and execution for Human Capital SaaS platforms and related integrations

  • Own testing plans aligned to vendor release schedules internal configuration changes and continuous delivery practices

  • Ensure end-to-end test coverage across HR processes integrations data flows security roles and permissions

  • Manage quality and acceptance of vendor testing deliverables for SaaS and cloud-based solutions

  • Contribute to testing thought leadership including automation strategy test tooling and process optimization

  • Design and guide the creation of test plans test cases and regression assets ensuring consistency and clarity

  • Partner closely with HR Product Owners and delivery teams tovalidaterequirements and manage testing risks

  • Establish scalable and reusable test assets to improve efficiency and quality across the portfolio

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide clear reporting on quality risks and release readiness

  • Strong understanding of SaaS testing models including configuration upgrades and integrations

  • Experience working with third-party vendors and cloud platforms

  • Bachelors Degree preferred

  • Preferred fields of study: Information Technology Computer Systems Analysis Management Information Systems

  • Foundations Certification preferred

The salary range for this position is $137600 - $187600. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada base salary is determined by your skills experience qualifications and work addition to base salary eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
