Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Long Term Care (LTC)
Location: Paonia CO
Job Type: Contract
Shift: Night Shift 12-Hour Shifts
Schedule: Variable Nights (ThursdaySaturday focus)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
About the Role:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate and skilled nursing care within a Long Term Care setting during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor resident conditions and report changes
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Maintain accurate nursing documentation
Provide patient and family education
Support resident safety comfort and quality care standards
Requirements & Preferred Skills:
Active Colorado RN license or Compact RN license required
BLS certification required
Long Term Care experience preferred
Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
Ability to work independently during night shifts
Excellent teamwork and documentation abilities
