Patient Care Coordinator Front Desk

Location: 445 N. University Ave. Provo UT 84601

Schedule: Full-Time Mon-Thur 8:00am-5:00pm & Fri 9:30am-1:30pm. Some flexibility with these hours available

Pay Range: $18-$20/hour

The Position:

Mountain Land Physical Therapy is hiring a friendly organized and tech-savvy Patient Care Coordinator (Front Desk / Medical Receptionist) to join our outpatient physical therapy clinic in this patient-facing role youll manage scheduling and payment collection while creating a welcoming efficient experience from check-in to check-out. We provide complete training and mentorship so this is a great fit for both experienced front office candidates and those new to healthcare.

What Youll Do:

• Greet and check in patients creating a friendly and professional first impression
• Manage provider schedules using our scheduling software
• Collect co-pays co-insurance deductibles and private payments at time of service
• Answer phones and respond to emails with excellent customer service
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all patient interaction
• Keep the front desk and waiting area organized efficient and welcoming
• Assist with administrative tasks and accurate patient information updates as needed

What Were Looking For:

• Front office medical receptionist hospitality retail or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office) and learning new software quickly
• Strong communication attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Friendly team-oriented professional demeanor
• Willingness to learn and grow in a healthcare setting
