Contract Type: Travel Assignment
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour night shifts (11:00 PM 7:30 AM)

Job Description
Navitas Healthcare LLC isseeking an experienced Instrument Technician to support sterile processing operations in a surgical services environment. This role focuses on cleaning decontamination assembly and sterilization of surgical instruments to ensure safe and efficient operating room support.
Key Responsibilities
- Reprocess and sterilize surgical instruments
- Perform decontamination and assembly of trays and sets
- Ensure compliance with sterile processing standards
- Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of instruments
- Support OR teams with timely instrument readiness
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent sterile processing experience required
- HSPA Certification preferred
- Knowledge of surgical instrument handling and sterilization procedures
- Ability to work overnight shifts consistently
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
