Automotive Parts Manager

Bob Boyte Honda - Moss Point is seeking a dedicated and experienced Automotive Parts Manager to join our team in Moss Point this role you will oversee the parts department ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service. You will manage inventory coordinate with suppliers and lead a team to support the needs of our dealership and customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the automotive parts department.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory and oversee stock levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to dealership staff and customers.
• Train motivate and supervise parts department personnel.
• Monitor and analyze parts sales and adjust strategies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive parts management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management systems.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus.
