Job Summary
Design and deliver training programs related to manufacturing modular systems compliance and certifications.
Lead and support trainers to ensure effective and engaging training delivery.
Collaborate with Manufacturing HR Compliance and Operations teams to identify training and development needs.
Manage training schedules materials completion tracking and training evaluations.
Administer and maintain digital learning platforms.
Support library and knowledge center operations.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives events recognition programs surveys and wellness activities.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Education Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in training learning & development or manufacturing training. Fresh graduates with internship experience in training or learning & development are welcome to apply.
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
Strong presentation facilitation communication leadership and coaching skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with LMS or HRIS platforms is an advantage.
Well-organized collaborative and passionate about people development.
