About the opportunity
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of UWAs reward strategy ensuring remuneration frameworks recognition approaches and workforce capability initiatives support attraction retention performance and long-term workforce sustainability.
- Support the strategic direction and delivery of enterprise learning and capability initiatives including foundational capability uplift and mandatory training aligned to UWAs workforce strategy culture and future organisational needs.
- Lead the development of enterprise workforce planning frameworks providing forward-looking workforce insights capability forecasting and strategic advice to inform workforce priorities succession planning and future workforce capability needs across the University.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification in human resources organisational development psychology business or a related discipline or equivalent senior professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise workforce planning capability learning reward or organisational development initiatives within a large and complex organisation.
- Strong understanding of the connection between workforce capability reward performance and organisational strategy with the ability to translate workforce insights into practical enterprise initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leaders on workforce capability and organisational priorities.
- Well-developed stakeholder management and collaboration skills with experience embedding enterprise initiatives across diverse operating environments.
