KRE Security LLC is seeking a friendly dependable and customer service-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our administrative team in Hamburg PA. This full-time in-office role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people solving problems and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
As a Scheduling Coordinator youll be one of the main points of contact for our employees and supervisors helping ensure shifts are covered questions are answered and scheduling needs are handled professionally and efficiently. What Youll Do
- Communicate professionally and courteously with employees supervisors and management throughout the day
- Create manage and adjust employee schedules across multiple client locations
- Respond quickly and calmly to call-offs shift changes and urgent staffing needs
- Help employees find coverage and resolve scheduling conflicts with a customer service mindset
- Maintain accurate scheduling records using company software and databases
- Use Microsoft 365 Outlook and Google Workspace to manage daily communication and scheduling tasks
- Work closely with management and Recruiting to support staffing and operational needs
- Handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and confidentiality
What Were Looking For
- A positive attitude and strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm professional and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dependable punctual and team-oriented work ethic
- Comfortable multitasking and handling frequent phone calls emails and schedule updates
- Experience in scheduling dispatching customer service call center administrative support or workforce coordination preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Google applications and Outlook
- Ability to work on-site in our Hamburg PA office
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour
- Pay Increases: Raises at 6 months and 1 year plus a 3% annual increase thereafter
- Paid Time Off: 1 week of PTO after a 60-day probationary period
- Benefits: Medical dental and vision coverage available after the probationary period
