The Learning & Career Consultant (LCC) is a key member of the Enterprise Career Learning and Development Team and aligned to a business segment responsible for advising on Learning & Career solutions to grow develop and retain top talent. This role is responsible for providing Learning & Career expertise and strategic business consultation with business leaders and Human Resources (HR) partners. The LCC will deliver strategic advice bringing the full suite of Learning & Career strategies for the business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed both major and minor which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Strategically actively consults and advises with the business and HR partners on Learning & Career initiatives to build and implement a comprehensive L&C strategy integrating the following: learning and development career talent measurement and impact and other facets of Talent strategy.
2. Drives the end-to-end business (from ideation to implementation) aligned Learning & Career solutions in partnership with SMEs in both the Learning and Career domain.
3. Partners closely with Enterprise Learning & Career Strategy Team to propose develop and implement strategic learning and career development initiatives.
4. Partners closely Strategic Workforce Planning strategists and Skills Consultants to anticipate and address gaps in staffing and skills.
5. Initiates and drives communication and change management plans for Learning & Career initiatives with the LOB.
6. Delivers proactive talent insights and market research on changing Learning & Career needs as roles/skills/talent shifts for rapidly evolving business needs relevant to the business strategic talent objectives.
7. Partners with peer LCCs who support the Consumer and Functional teams to ensure best practices knowledge share and key insights are shared and reviewed in real time.
8. Updates the Business-aligned Leadership HR partners etc. on holistic Learning and Career journey and road map in real time to ensure executive leadership in the business and HR are aware of the partnership services and impact provided.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree or equivalent education training and work-related experience.
2. Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in talent management and organizational development.
3. Project management experience.
4. Advanced expertise in talent assessment succession planning and workforce analytics.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Advanced degree in Human Resources Business or related field.
2. Experience in the financial services industry.
3. Formal project management training or certification (PMI).
4. Professional certification in HR related disciplines.
5. Proven experience with HR analytics platforms and strategic workforce planning.
6. Demonstrated success in managing enterprise-wide talent management and organizational development projects programs or initiatives.
7. Knowledge of change management frameworks and organizational effectiveness best practices.
