Lab Operations Manager

Join us as our Lab Operations Manager.
This role ensures the lab delivers best-in-class service quality compliance and profitability while supporting brand growth and innovation across the organization
Your career expertise will demonstrate
- Production Leadership: Driving efficiency workflow optimization and performance monitoring of laboratory technicians.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring adherence to optical FDA and HIPPA regulations and managing laboratory equipment/quality control protocols.
- Operational Management: Monitoring inventory control staff scheduling and safety protocols to ensure timely delivery of products. Experience working cross-functionally with Product Brand Supply Chain and Finance teams.
Preferred requirements include:
- ABOC certification or Licensed Optician required.
- Experience in optical manufacturing or Rx lab environments including multi-level leadership responsibility.
Exceptional benefit package includes medical dental vision life insurance and retirement plan. Pay range: 120-130k and incentives. Relocation available.
