Masters Degree in Educational Leadership School Administration or related field
Valid Washington State Principal credential (or ability to obtain)
Successful teaching experience

Successful experience as a school principal
Secondary experience preferably at the middle school level

Knowledge and experience with the Danielson Instructional Framework
Demonstrated leadership in school improvement and change management
Strong knowledge of instruction assessment and curriculum development
Ability to use data effectively to improve student outcomes
