Assistant District ManagerFort Myers/Naples FloridaGannett Publishing$16.48 HourWe are seeking aPart-Time Assistant District Managerfor our Newspaper Distribution Center in Fort Myers Florida. We put a premium on personal integrity teamwork accountability problem solving a strong work ethic excellent communication skills and :Assist with district operationsDeliver newspapers to subscribers as necessary to fill in foropen/down routes or redeliver missed newspapersContact subscribers regarding their delivery serviceAddresses subscriber service issues with carriersMay distribute newspapers within the distribution centerAssists the manager in handling paperwork and updatingaddress database information including route sequencing and navigationAssists in audits of single copy outlets such as racks andretailers as requested. Maintains a clean and safe working :Valid drivers license satisfactory motor vehicle record dependable automobile and liability insurance required. Strong organizational and communication skills required for a fast-paced environment. Good time management verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to push and pull carts loaded with newspapers weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance and repetitively lift newspaper bundles weighing up to 25 pounds.
