Job Summary

The 2026 SRA Insights Sprintinternship program is designed to support the teams strategic pivot from descriptive reporting to diagnostic and predictive analytics. The program is divided into two specialized tracks: Digital UX/Technical Infrastructure and Qualitative Sentiment/Persona Research.
Interns will be responsible for leading the Mobile Gap Usability Audit conducting end-to-end walkthroughs of digital features on various mobile devices to identify technical bugs and friction points. They will also perform the Voice of the Member Deep-Dive which involves coding and categorizing 12 months of qualitative feedback from across the agency to quantify the root causes of member frustration. To ensure long-term business continuity interns will act as technical writers for the Knowledge Vault project shadowing leadership to document 100% of active data pipelines and strategic protocols in formal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Additionally they will build a Validated Question Database researching industry-standard metrics to create a searchable library of high-quality survey instruments.

Qualifications :

As of June of the Program year the prospective intern must be a student matriculated in a college or be a recent college graduate (winter/spring term of the Program year).
NOTE: Appointment to this title is only valid for the duration of the Program June - August each year.
