Senior Account Manager Africa (Telematics Camera & AI Solutions)
The Opportunity
Are you a strategic sales leader with a passion for cutting-edge mobility technology We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to spearhead our growth across Africa. You will be at the forefront of the AI revolution in telematics driving revenue through high-impact direct sales and the cultivation of a robust strategic partner ecosystem.
In this role you arent just selling hardware; you are delivering AI-driven mobility solutions that redefine fleet safety and operational efficiency across the continent.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth: Drive aggressive sales targets across Africa through both direct engagement and partner-led initiatives.
- Partner Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end process of recruitment onboarding enablement and performance management for our strategic partners.
- Market Expansion: Identify untapped markets and expand our ecosystem footprint across the region.
- Pipeline Excellence: Manage full-cycle sales processes including accurate forecasting CRM hygiene and deal closure.
- Innovation Advocacy: Act as a subject matter expert to drive the adoption of AI and video telematics solutions.
- Relationship Management: Build and sustain deep-rooted relationships with stakeholders government officials and key accounts to ensure long-term retention.
What Were Looking For
Education & Experience
- Qualifications: A Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field (NQF Level 7 or 8).
- Track Record: 58 years of proven experience in Telematics AI or Video solutions.
- Regional Expertise: Extensive background in partner management and B2B sales across the African continent.
Technical & Strategic Skills
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement complex sales strategies for diverse African markets.
- Financial Acumen: Proficiency in managing sales quotas revenue targets and debt review to ensure account health.
- Market Intelligence: Deep understanding of African economic conditions cultural nuances and the competitive landscape.
- Tool Proficiency: Expertise in CRM software and modern sales enablement platforms.
