Job Summary

Account Director Demand Generation

Location: Remote within USA

The Opportunity
A fast-growing B2B demand generation provider is seeking a commercially driven Account Director to develop and expand revenue across enterprise accounts.

This is a full-cycle sales role focused on both new business acquisition and account growth. You will be responsible for building pipeline closing deals and managing key client relationships while consistently delivering against monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

If youre experienced in consultative selling within demand generation and thrive in a target-driven remote environment this is a strong opportunity to take ownership of high-value accounts and drive measurable commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business development through proactive prospecting and pipeline generation
Manage and grow enterprise accounts identifying opportunities for expansion and retention
Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to contract negotiation and close
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to support accurate revenue forecasting
Engage stakeholders through consultative selling aligning demand generation solutions to business needs
Develop strong relationships across key accounts through networking and strategic account management
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client success

What Were Looking For

35 years experience in an Account Director or similar B2B sales role
Proven track record of winning new business and growing key accounts
Experience in demand generation or consultative marketing services sales
Strong pipeline management and forecasting capability
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Highly organised with strong time management skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote autonomous environment
Positive goal-driven mindset with a collaborative approach
Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing or related field preferred
