What Youll Be Doing
Owning and developing senior client relationships becoming the go-to commercial lead
Leading field marketing programmes end-to-end ensuring delivery against KPIs ROI and commercial targets
Identifying and unlocking new business opportunities to grow the account
Leading coaching and developing high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results
Driving operational excellence across campaigns from planning through to execution and evaluation
Managing budgets forecasting and financial performance with a strong commercial mindset
Collaborating cross-functionally with wider agency teams to deliver best-in-class solutions
Supporting and contributing to new business pitches proposals and strategic growth initiatives
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in Account Director / Senior Account Management within field marketing or experiential
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering growth and hitting targets
Experience managing large field teams and complex campaign delivery
A confident credible communicator who can influence at senior stakeholder level
A natural leader who can motivate develop and retain top talent
Highly organised with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ideally experience within FMCG or grocery sectors
