Do you have a passion for working with children and a heart for leading teams At Little Otter Swim School we believe in more than just teaching swim lessonswere dedicated to helping children build life-saving skills and confidence in a fun empowering environment.

As an Aquatics Team Leader/Supervisor youll have the unique opportunity to lead and develop a team of swim instructors while ensuring that our students are learning in a safe positive and supportive environment. If youre excited to make a lasting impact in the community we want you on our team!

What Youll Do:

Lead a team of enthusiastic swim instructors who are just as passionate about aquatics as you are!
Ensure water safety and compliance in all classes.
Mentor and develop new instructors ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive.
Manage scheduling staffing and daily operations with a focus on creating a fun empowering experience for both instructors and students.
Build a team-oriented culture that celebrates teamwork growth and personal development.

What Youll Bring:

13 years of leadership or management experience (aquatics coaching or youth sports preferred).
A desire for a long-term career in aquatics and education.
Enthusiasm for working with children and empowering others to succeed.
A commitment to building a strong supportive team culture.
Ability to work in water for up to 8 hours a day and lift up to 50 lbs.
