We are ready to take this game to the next level and need someone passionate to be accountableforthe planningdevelopmentand execution of integratedmarketingcampaignswith a focusonexperience-ledactivations andwill be charged with ensuring we are fully leveraging key live experiencesin an efficient and scalable way cross enterprise.
This is a 12-18 month secondment opportunity.
YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME
Reporting to the Director Experiential Marketing you will be empowered to:
Leadthe development ofexperientialactivationsas part of widerintegratedmarketingcampaignsinclusive ofagency brief development creative development production and execution ensuring amplification viaOLG/partner channels.
Leadthe planning and delivery of in-market activation programs tied to sponsorship programs.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders providing subject matter expertise on campaign execution and considerations from a live eventlens.
Work directly with the external partners and rightsholders to understand and leverage their ecosystems while working across variousinternal cross-functional teams to ensure the work canbe amplifiedin real time.
Oversee the logistics planning production and execution of in-market activation and evaluate executionas conducted by the experiential agencyand make recommendations to optimize in real time as needed.
Be the on-site point of contact for agencies/partners ensuringlive experience KPIs andamplification deliverablesset out are met.
Manage OLG internal stakeholder relationships and external agency partnerships. This includesoverseeing the experiential agencys creative development through to execution andliaising with event organizers production suppliers talent management agenciesand onsite event execution teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of experiential programming.
Accountable forexperientialbudgets including the evaluation of agency/vendor estimates tracking andpost event reconciliations;optimize workflow andexecutionalrequirements to ensure efficiencies are achieved.
Contribute tocampaign postmortemsbringingforward recommendationson how to optimize future campaignsbased on results and learnings.
Collaborate solicit consultativeinputand align with OLG Product and Brand Management groups in support of the annual plan which will ladder up toDivisionMarketing Plans.
Drive synergies of scale productivity and operational excellence by challenging and building on existing frameworks/platforms and by importing and exporting great ideas.
Provide input into annual experiential agency performancereviews.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE GAME
Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree in marketing/business management.
6-10years related experience inintegratedmarketingwith a focus on managing and producing live consumerevents
Experience leading the creative process from brief to execution with internal and externalpartners.
Experience working in a fast paced and deadline-drivenenvironment.
Experience in budget and vendormanagement.
Agency experience is a benefit as is managing agencies and sponsors.
