Job Title: Part-Time Plumber

Location: On-site Lawrenceville NJ

Compensation:$30/hr

Employment Type: Part-time temp to hire 16 hours per week

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a part-time Plumber to perform maintenance repairs and minor installations of plumbing systems to ensure the safe and efficient operation of their facilities. The Plumber will diagnose issues repair fixtures and piping address leaks and clogs and support preventative maintenance efforts.

**Candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment criminal background check and fingerprinting process prior to starting work.Candidates must pay for their own fingerprintingbut will be reimbursed once they begin working.**

Schedule: 7:30am-3:30pm 16 hours per week. Days worked are flexible.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve plumbing issues.
• Rebuild or replace all plumbing fixtures including sinks faucets toilets diverters mixing valves backflow preventers ejector pumps booster pumps etc.
• Service appliances. Troubleshoot and clean dryer vents.
• Service hydronic and steam heating systems.
• Operate motorized and hand-operated sewer machines.
• Clean and maintain machines tools and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid Drivers License is required.
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs.
• Ability to work in high places frequently exposed to vibration.
• Ability to work near moving mechanical parts and in outside weather conditions.
• Ability to climb stairs.
• Ability to work different shifts including weekends.
