Sales Specialist, Seller Voice
Job Summary
About the Role
In this role you will take end-to-end ownership of a high-impact seller experience program. You will build and optimize self-serve toolsincluding automated assistants workflow automation and structured feedback mechanismsto reduce resolution times and improve stakeholder satisfaction. You will collaborate cross-functionally with program policy and technology teams present program updates to senior leadership and develop comprehensive technical documentation and training materials to ensure consistent scalable service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Design implement and optimize self-serve tools and automation workflows for seller issue resolution
Create and maintain technical documentation standard operating procedures and training materials
Conduct structured surveys and leverage data-driven insights for continuous improvement
Present program performance and strategic updates to senior leadership
Partner with cross-functional teams across technology product and policy to drive process improvements
Develop scalable mechanisms for issue identification escalation and resolution
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree
3 years of experience in a results-oriented environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in e-commerce retail advertising or media industries
Demonstrated ability to build and optimize self-serve tools or automation solutions
Experience coordinating large cross-functional teams
Track record of driving measurable operational improvements
